Pilot terms
AfterHello Pilot Service Terms
Effective August 11, 2026
These terms govern the 30-day founder-led pilot provided by Anthony Tamayo d/b/a AfterHello ("AfterHello") to the purchasing business ("Client"). A signed service agreement or order form controls if it conflicts with these public terms.
1. Pilot service and scope
The $500 one-time pilot includes configuration, simulated testing, and 30 days of an after-hours automated receptionist for approved appointment or callback intake. The service may answer approved basic office questions and deliver call summaries by email and, when configured, Google Sheets.
The pilot does not provide medical or dental advice. It also does not confirm appointments, verify insurance, quote treatment, or replace emergency services.
2. Payment and pilot term
The $500 setup and pilot fee is due before configuration begins and is non-refundable once setup work begins. The 30-day pilot starts on the agreed launch date after Client approves the script and test results.
An optional continuation is available for $250 per month only through a separate written agreement. The pilot checkout does not automatically enroll Client in recurring billing.
3. Client approvals and responsibilities
Client must provide accurate hours, services, routing instructions, safety language, and summary recipients; approve the receptionist script before launch; maintain lawful call forwarding; review summaries; and follow up with callers. Client remains responsible for scheduling, care, emergency handling, and every clinical or business decision.
4. Privacy and healthcare limits
The pilot is limited to basic appointment and callback intake. Client must not direct AfterHello to collect medical histories, payment-card information, Social Security numbers, or unnecessary sensitive information.
AfterHello does not represent that the pilot is HIPAA compliant. Client must not use the service for protected health information unless the parties first complete appropriate compliance review, written agreements, and required vendor arrangements.
5. Third parties and availability
The service depends on third-party telephony, AI, cloud hosting, email, and spreadsheet providers. AfterHello will use reasonable efforts to maintain the pilot but does not promise uninterrupted service, error-free responses, a specific number of appointments, or business results.
6. Ownership, confidentiality, and results
AfterHello retains its code, prompts, templates, and workflows. Client retains its business information and caller information. Each party must protect the other party's non-public information. AfterHello will not publish a testimonial or identifiable case study without Client's separate written permission.
7. Liability and ending the pilot
Either party may end the pilot by written notice. To the extent permitted by law, AfterHello is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and its total liability under the pilot will not exceed the fees Client paid for the pilot. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law.
8. Questions
